To upgrade your FLEXnet server to the lastest version (11.16.5.1), we recommend uninstall your old FLEXnet Server installation and then install the new version. Please DO NOT install it to C:\Program Files\ or to your Desktop. Or if you have Origin DVD, you can also install from there. If you are installing a FlexNet Server on a new machine, then simply download the FLEXlmServerSetup.exe and install it. If not yet, please download and install it first.
